The Study Steering Committee will be utilizing the assistance of a team of two consultants during the Highway Shared Services Study. The team selected by the Study Steering Committee includes Rondout Consulting based in Kingston, NY, and Fairweather Consulting based in New Paltz, NY. This consulting team brings to the project extensive experience with municipal feasibility studies throughout New York State. The consultants will be assisting the Study Steering Committee in completing the the analysis of existing conditions, identifying and evaluating options for sharing services , and a plan for the implementation of a preferred option. The consultants will also be responsible for directing and presenting all public meetings held during the study.
